The Provincesoft team is seeking a talented and highly motivated IT Project Manager to become part of our team. Our mission is to provide industry leading platform & products to empower US Clients to massively accelerate security, compliance, and authorization to fulfill their mission objectives.
The IT Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing technology projects information technology and various company-wide projects to ensure that project goals are accomplished within the prescribed time frame and funding parameters by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The IT Project Manager provides regular communication and commitment to project excellence.
Responsibilities*
- Coordinate internal and external resources for a timely execution of projects
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Evaluate and ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop detailed project plans to track progress; define project tasks and resource requirements
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule and cost
- Report or escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationships of clients and company stakeholders
- Evaluate project risk and manage projects to minimize potential risks
- Track project deliverables using company approved tools
- Present project updates & reports; identify problems and solutions
Required Qualifications*
- Demonstrated ability to develop and manage project plans; meet hard timelines; communicate effectively with cross departmental teams; develop policies and procedures; develop solutions to complex business and technical challenges.
- Technical competency understanding of technology and software deployment
