Product Development
One of the key aspects of developing any business requires product development. In the constantly-evolving market, it is important to stay up-to-date with the trends that can help in business growth.
Also known as product management, Product Development consists of a number of steps that include ideation, designing, development and marketing. Usisolvers’ Product Development service is extremely useful for both brand new products as well as for those that are being rebranded. The main objective of the Product Development services lies in cultivating, maintaining and ensuring a steady growth of the market share to help meet the demands of a customer.
While providing this service, our main focus lies on the aim of the clients. We understand that not every product will equally appeal to every customer. That is why it is important to clearly state who the target customers are, their socio-economic background, their needs and demands to ensure complete product development.
We ensure thorough Quantitative Market Research at all phases of the Product Design process.
There are 5 major parts of the Product Development process. This includes:
- Identifying the Design Requirement: In this stage, we ideate through brainstorming on the possibility of the variety of the new products. After an idea has been identified and liked by the client, the team of developers apply a formal product development strategy.
- Analysis of the Chosen Idea: In this stage, we conduct an in-depth evaluation of the product concept that has bee finalised. Based on the market research conducted and the concept studies, the feasibility of the idea is gauged for the relevant business or the customer.
- Genesis of the concept: After the product has passed through the first 2 stages, the developers now move on to converting the existing idea into a tangible product.
- Creating a Prototype: In the stage, the product concept that has been finalized is converted into a prototype to ensure business relevance and value. In layman terms, Prototyping is the method of creating a quick and raw model, rather than a refined model, which will be tested and marketed later.
- Product Development: At this stage, if the concept has proven to be viable, it is sent for development, keeping in mind the business value.
